1. Retail Network Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing and develop direct & indirect relationship with B2C key account and modern chain customers
  2. Create a compelling offers and proposal for the accounts
  3. Develop and execute strategies consistent with geographical/functional objectives
  4. Understand and adjust strategies accommodate market, competitor trends, developments affecting offer and cost to serve
  5. Develop and execute Route to Market and Go to Market Strategies for B2C

Competencies

  1. Experience in sales organizations, especially B2C models and B2B2C business
  2. Proven record of demonstrated Sales knowledge (Sales Execution, Distribution management, Territory Management, Route to Market, Trade development)
  3. Proven record of implementing Route to market Transformation in large organizations
  4. English language fluency (able to read, write and oral communication)

Qualifications

  1. Have minimum 7 years of business experience;
  2. Sales enablement and sales pipeline management, through lead generation

Job Role Summary
Responsible for learning and applying ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques used to create solutions for external parties.

Job Role Responsibilities

  1. Reports functionally to Sales Supervisor / Manager
  2. Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations
  3. Broad geographic coverage
  4. Execute defined marketing programs
  5. Apply consultative selling skills
  6. Typically home based office subject to local affiliate practices / guidelines
  7. Face-to-face selling and remote selling, closing the sale
  8. Working with Distributors/ Authorized reseller or Channel dealer
  9. Frequent local travel
  10. Visit large industrial sites

Competencies

  1. Benefit Selling Skills
  2. Professional Selling Process Skills
  3. Preferably able to speak Chinese fluently (general communication)

Qualilfications

  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years sales experiences related to Industrial Power sectors
  3. Working in lubricants company will be advantage
3. Market Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leads development of market strategies, including the translation and execution of applicable corporate business plan initiatives
  2. Responsible for driving a deep understanding of customer/market needs, competition, industry trends, regulatory issues, EM market perceptions and value proposition
  3. Balance focus and investment by weighing marketing program costs versus available margin and financial objectives to maximize profitability.
  4. Leads effective cross functional relationships and best practice sharing, in order to facilitate the development and implementation of marketing initiatives

Competencies

  1. English language fluency (able to read, write and oral communication)
  2. Proven record of demonstrated Marketing knowledge (market segmentation, product management, revenue management, channel management, marketing programs deployment, etc.)
  3. Proven record of implementing Digital Transformation in large organizations
  4. Experience in marketing driven organizations, managing B2B and B2b2C models.

Qualifications

  1. Have minimum 10 years of business experience;
  2. Experience with SalesForce.com ecosystem is ideal
  3. Sales enablement and sales pipeline management, through lead generation and qualification is ideal
